Programs & Sites

  • Hillcrest House is a 50-unit transitional living community for low income and previously homeless adults.

  • HRH's Transitional Living Community (TLC) offers supportive transitional housing for unaccompanied homeless young adults aged 18-25. TLC can house up to 8 residents who share 4 studios, providing a safe environment for those lacking life skills and experience in independent living. Residents work with dedicated staff members who guide each participant through the creation of an individualized services plan focused on self sufficiency, increasing income, and ultimately securing permanent housing. On-site staff are available 24/7 to ensure safety and offer assistance, while linkages with various service organizations address the diverse needs of participants. With a commitment to fostering life skills and building long-term connections, TLC empowers young adults to thrive and transition to stable housing successfully.

  • Pat's Place is a voluntary, transitional supportive housing program where young adults ages 18-24 can reside for up to 2 years as they prepare for a successful transition to sustainable permanent housing. The site offers private bedrooms for up to 12 residents with a shared kitchen, living room, and recreational space. Pat's Place benefits from a team of 24/7 on-site staff who work in tandem with residents to develop and implement individualized service plans that address personal needs and goals. Building on established partnerships, Care Managers link residents to needed community services, resources, and opportunities that can further support them while at Pat's Place and beyond. This transformative program is committed to providing an environment of safety, trust, and support between staff, residents, and their peers, ultimately facilitating positive journeys toward independence.
