    Description & Purpose

    HRH provides over 50 units of supportive affordable housing specifically for veteran households at three different sites within the City of Poughkeepsie. The VetZero Program is centered at Liberty Station, our largest veteran-only housing facility, which offers safe and supported permanent housing for up to 26 single veterans. At Liberty Station, residents have access to a shared kitchen, dining room, and common areas including a computer lab, gym, and library. Residents equally benefit from the on-site care management services offered. With our Veteran Specialist Care Managers, residents develop an individualized service plan that helps outline a path to achieving housing stability, self-sufficiency, and independence.
