Anthony’s Walk 2023 - Walk for Veterans on September 30th

Hudson River Housing & Marist College host 2nd annual walk for veterans awareness on September 30th

The 2nd annual Anthony's Walk will take place on Saturday, September 30th starting at 10am outside the Steel Plant on the Marist College campus. This is a 22-minute community walk and roll around the picturesque Marist campus to raise awareness on the real challenges facing veterans in our community, and across the country. The event is named in honor of a USMC veteran who was tragically murdered in Poughkeepsie in the fall of 2020. We had around 200 participants last year for the inaugural event, and we are expecting an even better turnout this year.

The event is free and no registration is required. Congressman Pat Ryan is scheduled to return as our walk leader this year! Anthony's Walk is co-sponsored by Marist College and Hudson River Housing, Inc.

We hope you will save the date for Anthony's Walk on Saturday, September 30th at Marist! If you are able, please help us spread the word on this important community event.
