Harlow Row

Harlow Row, listed on the national register of historic places, is nestled on Little Market Street, just off the Market Street mainfare. Providing the backdrop to Soldiers' Fountain, this heavily tree-lined street offers both a commercial presence and a residential flavor. The area boasts the Adriance branch of the Mid-Hudson Library System and the YMCA; also nearby are the offices of the Sloop Clearwater as well as historic Garfield and Academy Streets.

Completed in October of 2002, Harlow Row at Little Market Street offers four attractive commercial spaces on the first floor including the distinctive turret at the building's north end. The rental housing units above are a mix of two studios, one single-bedroom, one two-bedroom and four three-bedroom duplexes across the top. The rents are affordable to families and individuals earning less than 50% of the area's median income.

This proud landmark once again successfully anchors the City's southern gateway to its downtown district. Harlow Row features neighborhood businesses and provides eight units of affordable rental housing.
