Hudson River Housing administers Dutchess County’s inclusionary housing program, which works to create moderately priced housing units created through inclusionary zoning ordinances in each municipality.
Inclusionary housing ordinances allow prospective home buyers the opportunity to purchase a home at an affordable price. If you are interested in learning more about purchasing a home through our inclusionary housing program, please contact LaShonda Denson at (845) 454-9288.
Inclusionary Housing Ordinances
Municipalities with inclusionary housing ordinances:
Village of Pawling - Baxter Green (no homes currently available – please check back)
East Fishkill - Four Corners (no homes currently available – please check back)
Hudson River Housing is currently working with the following municipalities to help them develop inclusionary housing ordinances:
- Town of Amenia
- Town of Red Hook
- Town of Beekman
Inclusionary Housing Services
HRH provides the following services:
- assists municipalities in developing detailed guidelines and processes for implementation of zoning ordinances
- develops homeowner application packets
- develops and releases outreach materials for application rounds when homes are available for sale
- oversees applicant selection and processing
- assists applicants in completing the home buying process
- develops compliance documents and monitors on-going occupancy requirements
