The Gannett House Program, based out of 313 Mill Street in Poughkeepsie, offers case management services to individuals and families placed in emergency housing who seek a quick transition to independent living. Case Managers work on a variety of issues, in a variety of settings, all the time working to locate the housing their clients desire.
